Crystal Lori Boyd is an environmentally-friendly abstract painter. She experiments with found objects, featuring re-purposed materials as an inspired way of ensuring that her art has a low impact on the environment.
Eschewing brushes, Boyd prefers to work almost exclusively with her hands so that her artist’s hand is always visible and felt.
Boyd’s work has been featured locally at Beaux Arts Brampton, LAB-B, The Green Cup Roastery, The Rose Theatre Brampton, and Culture Rising. She has also participated in live painting demonstrations at the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives, The Green Cup Roastery, LAB-B, and during Culture Days in Brampton.
Boyd continues to develop, challenge, and expand her environmentally-friendly artistic practice in her studio at Beaux Arts Brampton.
